This Data Processing and Security Exhibit (“DPSE”) is incorporated into and forms part of the Master Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) between (“Supplier”) and McAfee, and is entered between Supplier and all its Affiliates and McAfee Ireland Limited on behalf of McAfee LLC and all of its Affiliates. McAfee and Supplier are collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
