This Agreement together with all materials referenced herein is a legal agreement and is made and entered into by and between the Kitchener Waterloo Association of REALTORS® (“KWAR”), a corporation incorporated pursuant to the laws of the Province of Ontario, and (“IDX Data Subscriber”) and if applicable, Market Leader, Inc (“Third Party Service Provider”). In consideration of the mutual undertakings contained in this Agreement, the parties agree as follows:
