These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the terms of sale of cannabis goods (“Products”) by Event Horizon Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation, dba Flow Cannabis Co. (“Distributor”), to the Customer identified on the signature page (“Customer”). Distributor and Customer are each a “Party” and collectively “Parties.”

The individual accepting this Agreement hereby represents and warrants that it is duly authorized by the entity on whose behalf it accepts this Agreement to so accept this Agreement.
