In accordance with the Agreement between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of the People’s Republic of China in the fields of Education and Culture, signed in London on 1 November 1979; and in the interests of further developing mutually beneficial relations between their two countries in the field of culture; the two governments (jointly referred to as the “Participants” ) have come to the following understanding on exchanges between the two countries during the period from 2 December 2013 to 31 October 2018.
