THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT AND REVOLVING CREDIT NOTES (this “Amendment”) is made as of the 31st day of December, 2003 by and among MTC TECHNOLOGIES, INC., a Delaware corporation (“MTCT”), MTC TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
