This Limited Warranty Agreement is between the Customer listed below and Gateway Management Services, Ltd., (Gateway) Authorized Administrator for Premium 2000 +TM programs. Gateway strongly suggests that you call us at 1-888-883-2632 immediately upon noticing any unusual mechanical issues concerning the truck listed below. The customer must obtain prior written authorization before beginning any repairs to be covered by this Agreement at the phone number listed above. This is an occurrence warranty policy. All claims action times are based upon the moment of claim occurrence rather than the time of claim reporting. The Customer agrees that they have read and understand the entire terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty Agreement.
