THIS Professional Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), is made as of the day of , 201 (the “Effective Date”) by and between BID4ASSETS, INC., a Maryland corporation, having an address of 8757 Georgia Avenue, Suite 520, Silver Spring, MD 20910 (hereinafter referred to as "Bid4Assets") and the COUNTY OF HUMBOLDT, a political subdivision of the state of Nevada, having an address of 50 West Fifth Street, Winnemucca, NV 89445, (hereinafter referred to as “Treasurer”).
