THIS AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 13th day of December, 2022, by and between Board of Sumter County Commissioners (hereinafter referred to as "Board," or “County”), whose address is 7375 Powell Road, Wildwood, Florida 34785, and AP Benefit Advisors, LLC and AssuredPartners of Florida, LLC both wholly owned subsidiaries of AssuredPartners, Inc. (collectively “Assured” and/or we/our hereafter referred to as "Vendor"), whose address is located at 4880 Newberry Road, Gainesville, Florida 32607.
