THIS FUNDING AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into by and among INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS (“Subrecipient”), a local government that meets the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (“SHIP”) Program eligibility requirements, and FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION (“Florida Housing”), a public body corporate and politic duly created and existing under the laws of the State of Florida.
