THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is entered into as of the 5th day of July, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Broadview Networks Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) and Brian P. Crotty, an individual (the “Executive”) (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “parties”).
