THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 1st day of June, 2023 by and between the Michiana Builders Association, as the collective bargaining representatives of the undersigned Employers, Party of the First Part, and the Laborers’ International Union of North America, State of Indiana District Council, acting for and on behalf of its affiliated Local Union #645, Party of the Second Part, and hereinafter referred to as “Union”.
