During the auction a successful bid was submitted by the System User. MFGT accepted the System User’s bid. The bid constitutes Annex 1 to this Contract. Based on the Bid, Parties shall conclude the following contract on booking for the storage year 20 /20 .

This Contract on Using and Providing Bundled Seasonal Basic Natural Gas Storage Service (hereinafter referred to as Contract) shall not include injection and withdrawal capacities, therefore System User shall be responsible for booking – outside this contract – the capacities required for injection and withdrawal, as a prerequisite for using the working gas capacity booked under this Contract.
