This agreement is entered into by and between the Butte-Glenn Community College District (“District”) on behalf of its sponsored program California Corporate College, and (“Client”), to conduct training and/or provide services as described in this agreement. District and Client are referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
