This Special Education Pupil Transportation Services Contract (“Agreement” or “Contract”) is made and entered into as of July 1, 2021, by and between the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District a public school district with its principal offices located at 685 East Jack London Blvd, Livermore CA 94551 (“District”) and, ALC Schools a Transportation Company with its principal business offices located at 1211 Puerta Del Sol, Suite 200, San Clemente California 92673 (“Contractor,” and together with District, “Parties”).
