The City accepts the Contractor’s Offer for the above requirement and enters into the following Contract. This Contract is between GateKeeper Systems, Inc. having offices at 1875 Plaza Drive Suite 200 Eagan, MN 55122 and the City, a home-rule municipality incorporated by the State of Texas. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings given in the Solicitation.
