and enter into this contract pursuant to the Judgment & Order for Appointment of Parenting Coordinator (“Appointment Order”) entered in St. Louis County Family Court. The terms of this contract are intended to comply with the Court’s Appointment Order and the Appointment Order is considered to be incorporated into this contract. To the extent that there is any conflict between this contract and the Appointment Order, the Appointment Order prevails.
