This Contract is being entered into by and between Department of Military Affairs (State) and Geo- Comm, Inc. (Contractor) to provide Geographic Information System (GIS) Data Managed Services to the State of Wisconsin, with the State entering into the Contract in reliance on the capability of the Contractor to meet the requirements of the State as set forth in its Request for Proposal MA230934 (“RFP”) and following evaluation of the Contractor’s capabilities as set forth in its response to said RFP. The State and the Contractor are sometimes referred to herein individually as a Party and collectively as the Parties.
