THIS AGREEMENT made on this 15th day of March 2022, by and between THE CITY OF MILLVILLE, a Municipal Corporation of the State of New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as “CITY” and Neri’s Construction and Rental, Inc., having an office at 849 Clayton Road, Williamstown, NJ hereinafter designated as the “CONTRACTOR”
