This Direct to Consumer License Agreement (“Agreement”) is hereby entered into by and between Texas A&M University, a member of The Texas A&M University System, an agency of the state of Texas, having its principal place of business at 400 Bizzell Street, Suite 001, College Station, TX 77843-1137 (hereinafter “University”) and , individually, having an address of (hereinafter “Licensee”) collectively referred to as “the Parties”.
