This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and among (the "Purchaser"), and TL Associates, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (referred herein to as "Seller"). This Agreement shall be binding upon the above parties, and all dates triggered, by the execution of this Agreement on the date last signed by any party to this Agreement as indicated on the signature page of this Agreement. Any terms not defined in this Agreement and exhibits shall have the meaning as defined in the declaration of condominium as used in the Location, as defined below.
