entered into by and between the Elk Creek Fire Protection District (“Elk Creek”), a Title 32 special district and political subdivision of the State of Colorado, the Inter-Canyon Fire Protection District (“Inter-Canyon”), a Title 32 special district and political subdivision of the State of Colorado, and the North Fork Fire Protection District, a Title 32 special district and political subdivision of the State of Colorado (“North Fork”) (each individually, a “Party” or “District” and collectively, the “Parties” or “Districts”).
