(“Amendment No. 3”) is made this day of January 2019, between the City of Buda, Texas (“Buda”), South Buda Water Control and Improvement District No. 1 (the “District”), Meadows at Buda Commercial, Ltd. (“The Meadows”), co-assignee of the rights and obligations of the Meadows at Buda Ltd. and NewStand Buda, Ltd., Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, Ltd. (“Len-Buf”), the Assignee of Len-Buf Land Acquisitions of Texas, L.P., and NewStand Buda, Ltd., an original party to the Original Agreement and also co-assignee of the rights and obligations of the Meadows at Buda, Ltd.
