This Contract for Design Professional Services is made and entered into this 1ST day of June, 2023 by and between the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, an independent special district under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "Owner", and Avcon, Inc., a Florida corporation, authorized to do business in the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the “Design Professional”. The Owner and the Design Professional hereby agree as follows:
