These Terms of Engagement (the “Agreement”) are entered into between you (“Expert”) and Nextyn and its extension products, Nextyn Trends and Nextyn Expert Cloud or affiliates (“Nextyn”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your relationship with Nextyn and your participation in Interchanges as defined below. Acceptance of these Terms of Engagement is a prerequisite to your participation in any Interchange with a Client.

As between DIALOG and the Vendor, for the purposes of facilitating the business dealings, operations, cooperation or discussions, or for the purposes of performance of obligations under any agreement, or for the purposes of discussions concerning a potential business relationship, or the evaluation or establishment of a potential business relationship, in respect of the procurement, development, implementation and/or maintenance of existing and/or new solutions and/or systems for DIALOG (each a “Purpose”), DIALOG may from time to time disclose Confidential Information (as hereinafter defined) to the Vendor.
