Colliers International – Atlanta Realty, LLC (“Listing Agent”) has been retained by the Seller (“Seller”) of the Property (“Property”) known as Meredith Park Plaza in McDonough, GA under an exclusive listing agreement for the marketing and sale of the Property. Upon full execution of this Confidentially and Disclaimer Agreement by (“Prospective Purchaser”), Listing Agent agrees to provide the Prospective Purchaser with certain confidential information relative to the Property’s status, operations and terms of sale (collectively “Marketing Information”).

THIS CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT FOR REVIEW OF PROPERTY (“Agreement”) is made and agreed to by the person designated as the Receiving Party on the signature page hereof (the “Receiving Party”) and the person designated as the Receiving Party’s Broker on the signature page hereof (the “Receiving Party’s Broker”) for the benefit of 3720 Oquendo, LLC et al, (“Seller”) and Savant Commercial Real Estate, LLC (“Savant”). The undersigned acknowledge that in connection with providing information on the Property located at 3720 W. Oquendo Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89118 (the “Property”) all inquiries and communications with respect with the contemplated sale of such property be directed solely through Seller’s agent Savant. The undersigned hereby acknowledges that it is a principal, broker or investment advisor in connection with the possible acquisition of the Property. The undersigned hereby acknowledges that it has not dealt with any broker other than Savant regarding the acquisition of the Property,
