This Confidential General Release and Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into, by and between Carbon-Ion Energy, Inc., Corporate Universe, Inc and Oxcion Limited (collectively, “Company”), on the one hand; and Andrew Sispoidis (“Executive”), on the other hand.
