These supplemental terms and conditions (the “Supplement”) are part of an agreement for certain Concur products and services (“Agreement”) between Concur and Customer and apply solely to the Concur Services (which are deemed part of the Cloud Service, as defined in the General Terms and Conditions for SAP Cloud Services) and not to any other SAP product or service. This Supplement and any modifications to the Agreement herein apply solely to the Concur Services and not to any other SAP product or service.
