This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Dallas College (“Dallas College” or “College”), a Texas political subdivision of higher education, and Life School (“School District”), a Texas charter school district, on behalf of Life School of Oak Cliff (“High School”). The High School and College may hereafter be individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.” The Parties enter into this Agreement pursuant to the following terms and conditions:
