This COMPANY SHAREHOLDER VOTING AND SUPPORT AGREEMENT, dated as of __________, 2023 (this “Support Agreement”), is entered into by and among Bestpath IoT Technology Ltd., an exempted company incorporated in Cayman Islands (the “Holdco”), Bestpath (Shanghai) IoT Technology Co., Ltd.
