THIS COMMUNITY SUPPORT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the day of _, 2023, by and among the City of Richmond, Virginia, a municipal corporation (“City”) and political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, RVA Entertainment Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Owner”), and Richmond VA Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Manager”), collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties” or individually, a “Party”.
