This Agreement is made and entered into this date of by and between the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) and the Bay County Board of Commissioners (AGENCY) for the purpose of fixing the rights and obligations of the parties in agreeing to participate in a continuing cooperative comprehensive metropolitan transportation planning process.
