THIS COMMERCIAL WATER USE AGREEMENT (“this Agreement”), dated as of , 200 , is entered into by and between THE BUCKEYE WATER CONSERVATION AND DRAINAGE DISTRICT, an irrigation district organized and existing as a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Arizona (“District”), and , a(n) (“User”). District and User are referred to herein, individually and collectively, as “Party” or “Parties.”
