This Contract, for a Loan (hereinafter “Loan Contract”), dated as of March , 2013, is entered into by and between the State of Nebraska, acting by and through the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality (hereinafter “NDEQ”) and the City of Lexington, Nebraska, (hereinafter “Municipality”).
