Please read this Licensing Agreement (this “Agreement”) carefully. Collegiate Funding Solutions, Inc. (“CFS”) is willing to license access to the CFS Service (as defined below) to you or the company or other legal entity you represent (“Licensee”) only on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. By accepting this Agreement and submitting your account and payment information or by using the CFS Service, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not accept all of the terms of this Agreement, do not accept this Agreement or submit your account/payment information and you shall not be entitled to use or access the CFS Service.
