This Amendment Number 1 (this “Amendment”) to the Collaborative Study Agreement, dated September 4th, 2024 (the “Collaborative Study Agreement”) by and between Friedreich’s Ataxia Research Alliance Europe, with offices located at Jachthavenweg 111, 1081KM Amsterdam (“FARA”) and Motol University Hospital, located at V Úvalu 84, 150 06, Prague, Czech Republic, ID No. 00064203, hereby duly represented in presence of the Principal Investigator (“Research Site”) hereinafter individually as “Party” or jointly as “Parties” is effective as of the date of last signature (the “Amendment Effective Date”).
