COLLABORATION AGREEMENT REGARDINGCollaboration Agreement Regarding • January 4th, 2022
WHEREAS The Innovation Fund Denmark (IFD) has provided a grant to Evaxion where each of the Knowledge Providers have been invited to support the completion of the Project. The grant is structured around an invoice−reimbursement model where Evaxion will be reimbursed by IFD for 33% of a relevant expense paid to the Knowledge Providers. This Collaboration Agreement gov− erns the Project Participants’ collaboration and the rights and obligations of the Project Partici− pants in connection with their participation in the Project and exploitation of any Contributed Background Knowledge and Foreground Knowledge.
