The Community Clubhouse is for the exclusive use of the members of Water Ridge who are in good standing with the Association. The Clubhouse may be used by owners for recreational, social, and cultural activities. "Good standing" refers to those who are current in the payment of their assessments (including interest, late fees and legal fees) and who are not in violation of any architectural guidelines or restrictive covenants.
