This ClearTOKEN Donation Agreement (this “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your use of the CLEAR distribution smart contract (the “CLEAR Distribution Contract”); use of the related ERC-20 ClearTOKEN smart contract (the “ClearTOKEN Contract”); and purchase of the related ERC-20 compatible tokens distributed on the Ethereum blockchain (the “ClearTOKENs”) and is an agreement between you or the entity that you represent (“Donor” or “you”) and ClearFoundation Limited (“ClearFoundation”). Donor, ClearFoundation and Donor are herein referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties”.
