The undersigned contractor (“Contractor”), upon submittal of a qualifying application, has been selected to participate in the Clean Energy Works Program within the specific Service Area defined below. As a condition to participation, Contractor acknowledges and agrees to comply with all terms and conditions as set forth in this Participating Contractor Agreement (the “Agreement”), as may be supplemented, amended or revised by Clean Energy Works as set forth herein. This Agreement shall be effective as of February 1, 2012 (“Effective Date”).
