This US Gun Class Affiliate Instructor Agreement (“Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your participation in the US Gun Class Affiliate Instructor Program (“Program”), which is operated by US Gun Class, a division of Maracom Corporation, a Minnesota corporation (collectively, “we”, “us”, “our” or “US Gun Class”). Any person or entity that participates or attempts to participate in the Program (such person or entity, “you”, or an “Affiliate Instructor”) must accept this Agreement without change.
