This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made, on the date specified in the Sales Agreement, by and between CINEMASSIVE DISPLAYS, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“CineMassive”), with a principal place of business at 150 Ottley Drive NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30324, on the one hand, and (“Customer”), whose principal place of business is set forth on the signature page of the Sales Agreement, on the other hand (individually referred to as a “Party” or collectively, the “Parties”).
