Here at Care 4 Kids we pride ourselves on providing children with the quality childcare they deserve, social, physical and emotional development as well as preparation for life at school. Awaken Studios agrees to provide temporary, short-term ChildCare services for the children of our members and guest while those members and guests are present at our fitness facility. ChildCare visits are limited to a maximum of 2 consecutive hours per day, available during posted hours. In exchange for this service, the member or guest agrees to pay Awaken Studios the current Childcare rates, unless the rate has been pre-paid and included in the member’s current membership. Awaken memberships include childcare for 2 children. Additional children are charged at $10 per child per month. By signing this agreement the member or guest acknowledges and agrees that:

Accepted methods of payment include ACH or electronic withdrawal from a credit card or checking account. Payment will be withdrawn every Monday. There will be a $30 fee for charged for insufficient funds and will be applied to the re-run of payment or due by cash. If payment is not available to withdraw by Thursday of the current week, the child will not be able to attend care until payment is made. After 3 insufficient fund occurrences payment will be due in cash the week before care is given. There is no credit given for scheduled center holidays, child illness, or for any closings due to emergencies or unsafe conditions.

Tuition is due each Friday for the next week of care. Payment is due for contracted days even if the child is not in attendance. Contracted days are not transferable nor can they be interchanged. If your child attends on a day other than those contracted, additional payment is due for the extra day. Payment must be received by close of business on Monday in order to avoid a late fee of $10 per week.
