THIS CONTRACT is entered into between hereinafter referred to as “the Institution or Facility” and hereinafter referred to as “the Caterer,” and jointly referred to as “the Parties.” This contract is for a single federal fiscal year (October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023), subject to the availability of funds.
