This Retirement Plan Administrative Services Agreement (“Services Agreement”) is between the undersigned Employer (“Employer”) and Chemical Bank, of Midland, Michigan (“CB”), and relates to the Employer’s retirement plan specified below (the “Plan”). The Services Agreement is effective as of the effective date specified below. Employer and CB may be individually referred to herein as a “party” or collectively as the “parties”.
