This CHANNEL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of January 21, 2015 and shall be effective as of January 25, 2015 (“Effective Date”), by and between Sunrun Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Sunrun”) and Solarmax Renewable Energy Provider, Inc., a California corporation (“Contractor”).
