This CATC ™ AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is entered into as of the last date indicated below (the “Effective Date”), by and between Certiport®, a business of NCS Pearson, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States of America, having its principal offices at 5601 Green Valley Drive, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55437 (“Certiport”), and the Texas Juvenile Justice Department (“TJJD” or “Company”), a state agency organized under the laws of the State of Texas having its principal offices at 1711 San Jacinto Blvd Suite 120, Austin, TX 78701.
