This Agreement is between the State of Minnesota, acting through its Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities on behalf of Click or tap here to enter text.(“School”) and CentraCare Health System d/b/a CentraCare Health, a Minnesota non-profit corporation (“CentraCare”). CentraCare, as used in this agreement, includes all entities as listed on Exhibit 1, and includes all entities which become affiliated with CentraCare following the effective date of this Agreement. CentraCare shall notify School in writing of any new or subsequently acquired CentraCare entity to be covered under this Agreement and the effective date of affiliation.
