This Hosting Agreement (“Agreement”) for the Central Data System is made as of , 2012 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (the "Authority" or “WMATA”) and (“Host”) (each a “Party” and together the “Parties”).
