As the parent or legal guardian of the student listed below, I have been made aware of the Central Bucks School District Policy #227 (available for review http://www.boarddocs.com/pa/cbuc/Board.nsf/Public#). I understand that the student will be turned over to the proper legal authority if this policy is violated at any time during the school music trip. I also understand that the student will be held accountable for all school rules and polices while on the trip. I am in full understanding that these policies are in place on a 24 hour per day basis while the trip is in progress. I will take full responsibility for my student if they are taken into legal custody during this trip. I understand that I will need to provide my own transportation to and from the location of their incarceration and that I am solely responsible for any and all financial obligations in relation to their actions.
