This Casual Billing Services Agreement with TELCO provided Inquiry (Agreement), dated _____________________ is entered into by and between Southwestern Bell Communication Services, Inc., (Customer) a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Pleasonton, California, and The Southern New England Telephone Company (TELCO) a corporation specially chartered by the General Assembly of the State of Connecticut with its principal place of business at 310 Orange Street, New Haven, Connecticut . TELCO and Customer may be referred to herein individually as a “Party or collectively as “the Parties”.
